Job description

Engage with our community on a daily basis (Twitter, Discord and gaming communities);
Be helpful, kind and the voice of our community for our team;
Help to set, plan and implement social media and communication strategies;
Create engaging texts and media content for all social media we have;
Respond to customers in a timely manner;
Monitor, track and report on feedback and online reviews;
Help to organize and manage events to boost brand and product awareness;
Build relationships with customers, industry professionals and journalists;
Test player feedback with our current projects.

Requirements

We expect you to have

  • Make sure you have good internet (we will help with your bill);

  • Excellent verbal communication skills;

  • Excellent writing skills;

  • Good interpersonal and presentations skills;

  • Hands on experience with social media management;

  • Attention to detail, critical-thinker and problem-solver;

  • Basic knowledge of the game industry (we will chat about it);

  • Advanced English and Portuguese language for this position.


Would be nice to have (but not required)

  • Proven work experience as a community manager or similar role;

  • Experience planning and leading community initiatives;

  • Ability to identify and track relevant community KPIs;

  • Ability to interpret website traffic and manage;

  • Knowledge of online marketing;

  • Any kind of graduation in Marketing or similar.
