About the Role
Engage with our community on a daily basis (Twitter, Discord and Steam);
Be helpful, kind and the voice of our community for our team;
Help to set, plan and implement social media and communication strategies;
Create engaging texts and media content for all social media we have;
Respond to customers in a timely manner;
Monitor, track and report on feedback and online reviews;
Help to organize and manage events to boost brand awareness;
Build relationships with customers, industry professionals and journalists;
Test player feedback with our current projects (yes, actual playing);
For now, Brazilian resumes only (make sure you have good internet);
Excellent verbal communication skills;
Excellent writing skills;
Excellent interpersonal and presentations skills;
English and Portuguese language;
Hands on experience with social media management;
Attention to detail, critical-thinker and problem-solver;
Basic knowledge of the game industry (we will chat about it);
Basic or advanced English;
Would be nice to have (but not required)
Proven work experience as a community manager or similar role
Experience planning and leading community initiatives
Ability to identify and track relevant community KPIs
Ability to interpret website traffic and manage
Knowledge of online marketing
Any kind of graduation in Marketing or similar
What we offer
Salary compensation in “PJ”;
Internet bonus (up to R$ 150 monthly);
Paid vacation leave of 20 work days after 11 months;

We are a small startup and indie game company. Right now we are still building our production pipeline and in pre-production project development. As soon as we have more resources, we plan to expand our benefits and career plans for our collaborators.
